Programs & Services

Train Collective provides fitness coaching programs, training content, and related services. Specific features, pricing, and terms for a program are presented at the point of purchase. Coaching content is for general fitness and educational purposes and is not medical advice — consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

Payments, Billing & Renewals

• Prices and billing terms (including any recurring or prepaid auto-renewing terms) are disclosed at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the charges described there.
• Subscriptions and prepaid terms renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, as described at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To cancel or manage billing, contact [email protected].

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Train Collective. These SMS terms supplement, and are part of, these Terms.

• Program: Messages may include coaching tips, appointment reminders and confirmations, application and onboarding follow-ups, one-to-one replies, and promotional offers.
• Consent: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our forms or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. To resume, reply START.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
• Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

You agree to use our site and services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.
