You can cancel your Train Collective membership or coaching at any time — no phone calls or hoops.

App Membership

  • Month-to-month, cancel anytime — there's no lock-in.
  • Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. You'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

1:1 Coaching

  • 1:1 coaching runs on prepaid terms that auto-renew. To stop a renewal, complete the form above or email [email protected] before your term renews.
  • Specific cancellation and refund terms for your plan are described in your coaching agreement and at checkout.
